Szu-Hui integrates many treatment approaches into her work, including mindfulness, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and exposure and response prevention. Szu-Hui has strong clinical interests in anxiety disorders (e.g., obsessive compulsive disorder, perfectionism, hoarding, panic disorders), depression, relationship issues, academic and career development, body image, and adjustment issues. Over the years Szu-Hui has also focused her work on women’s issues, women empowerment, and identity development.
During her leisure time, Szu-Hui enjoys relaxing at local coffee shops and visiting with family and friends. Whether is it with a pair of running, dancing, or snow shoes, Szu-Hui appreciates the chance to be active and have balance in her busy life.
